Mark Elst is a Dutch photographer living in the South of France. Mainly known for his images about architecture. He operates globally for architects, designers and magazines  His work leans towards an editorial style of photography to deliver natural-looking images. This to give the viewer the feeling that they are actually at the property, on the spot where the photo is taken. Therefore the use of light, composition, and human interaction is key to delivering strong, convincing photos. All his mages contain contrast; either with light, color, movement, or composition.
