By purchasing and downloading any digital print from Mark Elst Photography / www.markelst.com you (“the Buyer”) agree to the terms of this Digital Print Usage Rights Agreement. This agreement outlines the rights granted to you and the restrictions that apply to the digital files you purchase.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the digital file(s) for personal use only.

You may:

• Print the image for display in your home or personal space.

• Use the image as a personal desktop or mobile wallpaper.

• Gift a physical print to a friend or family member (provided no payment is exchanged).

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the digital file(s) in any form.

• Use the image(s) for any commercial, promotional, advertising, or business purposes.

• Upload or share the image(s) online or on social media without credit to @markelstphoto or markelst.com

• Modify, edit, or combine the image(s) with other works in a way that misrepresents the original creator’s work.

• Use the image(s) in any way that infringes upon copyright or moral rights.

All images remain the intellectual property of Mark Elst. Purchasing a digital print does not transfer copyright ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the image under the terms of this agreement.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once a digital file has been downloaded.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any digital file may constitute copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action under applicable France and international copyright laws.
